Refund Policy

All initial mobilization fees, project setup fees, and 50% upfront website design deposits are strictly non-refundable once work on the project has officially commenced. Work is considered to have commenced immediately upon the receipt of payment, the initiation of client onboarding, or the allocation of engineering and design resources.

Due to the custom nature of web design, digital assets, and custom development, all payments made for completed milestones, approved drafts, and final project deliverables are final and non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled by the Client prior to completion, the Client shall be liable to pay for all hours of labor, consulting, and development completed up to the exact date of written cancellation, billed at our standard hourly agency rate.

For ongoing monthly services, such as monthly SEO, ad campaign management, or hosting support:

• No Refunds: Payments for monthly recurring billing cycles are processed in advance and are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial-month service periods.
• Cancellation Window: To cancel a recurring monthly retainer, the Client must submit a written cancellation request via email to contact@socialsynapse.ca at least thirty (30) days prior to the next scheduled billing date. Failure to provide 30-day notice will result in the processing of the final scheduled invoice.

Social Synapse reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
